Physical Wellbeing

Physical wellbeing is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue, pain or physical stress. It includes taking care of our bodies to promote maximum wellbeing.

Our physical wellbeing practitioners offer professional one to one sessions to promote body awareness, strength and flexibility as well as deep relaxation with:-

  • Thai massage including Thai warrior massage
